This website is operated by Buy A Safe Pty Limited. Titles to the expression “Buy A Safe” is and shall at all times remain vested in Buy A Safe Pty Limited.

1. General Conditions & Age Requirement

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Buy A Safe suffer any damage, consequential or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Buy-A-Safe reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused the order to be placed.

2. Products and Specifications

Buy A Safe reserves the right to alter specifications without notice and obligation.

3. Delivery and Liability

• Risk of Loss: Any damage or loss becomes the responsibility of the purchaser once the goods leave the premises.
• Delivery Requirements: For "Delivery to Site" services, you acknowledge it is your responsibility to unload the safe off the delivery truck and ensure you have the right people or equipment to safely lift the safe.
• Stock Availability: Should your item be out of stock, you will be contacted after ordering. Buyasafe.com.au reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

4. Fraud Protection

Whilst Buy A Safe employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, we do not take responsibility for damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

If we have evidence to suspect that a transaction is being or will be conducted by the fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card, we will not enter into the transaction. We will also take all reasonable steps to notify the police services on the relevant jurisdiction and assist the police by providing all information pertaining to the transaction to facilitate a prosecution of the offender.

5. Intellectual Property

Buy A Safe reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned by it. None of the logos, designs, trademarks and other intellectual property vested in Buy A Safe Pty Limited and appearing on our website, receipts and literature shall be used by any other individual, corporation, group for any reason whatsoever unless Buy A Safe Pty Limited gives its express written authority to do so.
